1. Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Certain products such as personal care items, custom orders, or sale items may not be eligible for return.

2. Return Process

Email us at support@trysy.com (or your real support email) with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your item back.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a wrong or defective product from our side.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

When your order is shipped, you’ll receive another email/SMS with a tracking link and tracking number.
Simply enter your Order ID and Email/Phone number to see the real-time status.

3. Delivery Updates

You’ll get automatic updates via email or SMS as your order moves through our delivery network until it reaches your doorstep.

5. Shipping Time

Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and product availability.

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind — and at Trysy, we make cancellations simple and transparent.

1. Cancellation Timeframe

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel your order:

Email us at trysysupport@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
If your order qualifies, we’ll confirm the cancellation and issue a refund (if applicable).

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery orders, no refund is needed since no payment was made in advance.

4. Orders We May Cancel

Trysy reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

Product unavailability
Payment issues
Invalid address or contact details
Suspected fraudulent activity

If this happens, you’ll be notified immediately, and any payment made will be refunded in full.
